Mining

The Group operates in Central Africa between the Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania and Zambia via locally incorporated mining companies.

The Group has acquired and holds concession rights to exploit, and process Cu and Co concentrated ore, including embankment dry ore deposits amounting to over 10,000,000 MT with an estimated value of over 2.5Bn USD.

The Group is co-investing in developing PMLs to exploit and process Au in partnership with local miners in Tanzania.

In addition, the Group develops the prospect of exploring 340 square kilometres of Cu ore deposits and currently in advanced stage of manufacturing of Cu processing plant to deliver an output of 40,000 MT per month of Cu cathode grade “A” purity.
